Is Gymscanner free to use?
Yes. Creating an account and browsing is free. You only pay for what you book, like a membership, a pass or a session.

How do I book a gym or a personal trainer?
Search for somewhere near you, open their profile and pick a plan, pass or session. You pay securely by card, and everything you buy shows up under Orders in your account.

What is a visitor pass?
A short pass for when you are travelling or just visiting. It gets you into a gym for a day or a week, with no membership to sign up for.

I paid, but I can't find my booking. Where is it?
Sign in and open Orders in your dashboard. If it isn't there, send us a message with the Booking topic and the email you paid with, and we'll track it down.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
That depends on the rules of the gym or trainer you booked with. Tell us what happened using the Booking topic, and we'll sort it out with them for you.

Can I sign in without a password?
Yes. On the sign-in page, choose "Email me a sign-in code" and we'll send a code to your inbox. If you signed up with Google, you can use that too.

I run a gym, train clients or sell fitness gear. How do I join?
Pick "List your gym", "Join as a personal trainer" or "Sell as a store" at the bottom of any page and set up your profile. Joining is free; we only take a small commission when you make a sale.

How do I leave a review?
Open the gym's or trainer's profile and scroll down to Reviews. Honest reviews help other people choose, so we always appreciate them.

Is there a Gymscanner app?
Yes, for iPhone and Android. You'll find the download links at the bottom of every page.

How do I see or delete my personal data?
Choose the Privacy and data topic above and tell us what you need, and we'll take it from there. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
