Meine Basis ist fundiertes Fachwissen, kombiniert mit praktischer Erfahrung aus meiner Zeit als Soldat und Sportausbilder. Als Schwarzgurt in Judo, Ju-Jutsu und Kickboxen bringe ich Disziplin, Präzision und Körperbewusstsein in jedes Training ein – egal ob Muskelaufbau, Rehabilitation oder Leistungssteigerung.
