I am a certified and experienced Fitness Trainer and Gym Manager with over 7 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. I began my career in Kerala, India, where I worked as a gym coach at Max Fitness for 4 years and later as a trainer at Tiger Gym for 3 years.
Currently, I work as a Gym Coach and Manager at Hala Fitness Center, where I focus on helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, proper exercise technique, and lifestyle guidance.
My expertise includes weight loss, muscle gain, functional training, strength training, beginner programs, and special population training. I strongly believe that fitness is not just about workouts, but about building healthy habits, discipline, and confidence.
